Wind Gong 14" Inch 35cm
These wind gongs are beautifully handcrafted in Wuhan and traditionally constructed of a unique bronze alloy strung with thick natural cotton rope for holding or hanging. The gong's almost flat shape enables vibrations to spread out widely, with a long sustain. This handcrafted work of art emits a powerfully low pitched sound, and by playing the gong more powerfully, the sound opens up with dramatic sizzling overtones. Comes with a drum stick / beater made of natural wood. These diameter sizes are easily handheld and fun to play, the voluminous sound is relaxing and unwinding, a perfect gift.

Wind Gongs, also referred to as Feng or Sun Gongs, are traditionally handcrafted in China. Gong sound therapy has been practiced for thousands of years. Gong meditation is an ancient Asian technique, an immersive sound bath that produces an amazing sense of well-being through the vibration of water within the body (that is composed of 80% water). The sound vibrations emitted by the gong sends signals that are interpreted at the biological, energetic and emotional levels, directing the cells to develop in a homeostatic rather than unbalanced manner. It is believed that gong baths can help reduce stress and liberate emotional blockages. Scientific evidence suggests that certain forms of sound therapy prompt damaged human DNA strands to repair themselves. Some tones are thought to promote vitality and healing, and also to enhance happiness. Many alternative healthcare clinics offer sound therapies such as gong meditation to help manage various ailments.
We hope you love our crystal singing bowls as much as we do. But if for any reason you are not happy, you're welcome to return your purchase. All orders are required to be returned within 28 days of receipt. Remember, we only accept returned items which are unused and in their original packaging.
In case you have changed your mind about a purchase, or if you are dissatisfied with a product, please email aurasoundsuk@gmail.com and complete the returns form that will be sent to you. Please ensure the product is undamaged and in the original packaging and return to us by insured mail to cover liability in case the item is not received. You will be responsible for posting back to the address given on the returns form. Unless the item was damaged in transit prior to delivery, the original postage costs will not be refunded when processing your refund.
For items that are in stock, we aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 1 to 2 working days of receiving it. Items that are not in stock can take up to 3 weeks to be made and dispatched (usually within 2 weeks). All orders are sent tracked, you will receive your tracking number in the order despatch email and the package will require a signature. UK orders are shipped by Hermes delivery service and international orders are sent by Royal Mail.
